REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTION PACKAGES
To subscribe to any of our package, please choose a subscription plan first (you can also check out our Offer page as we do run special offers time after time).
Getshop Today doesn’t offer refunds to the subscriptions made, but you can try our service free of charge for 14 days (Free Trial).
If after purchasing any of our subscription packages or after your online store has already been set up you decide that you want to cancel your subscription and delete all the information associated with your online store, simply contact us via email info@getshop.today, and request cancellation. Alternatively, you can cancel your subscription from inside your PayPal account or by contacting your bank. After this is done, you will not be billed for the recurring month/year and no further payments will be collected from you.
Upon termination of the services by either party for any reason, your online store will be taken offline.
You will need to cancel your domain yourself with the respective domain name registration company.
If you selected 14 days Free Trial, no money will be charged within this period and your trial eCommerce website will terminate after the 14 days trial period (i.e. if you decide not to proceed with purchasing any of our subscription packages). 14 days trial does not need domain name registration.
REFUNDS FOR CUSTOMIZATION PACKAGES
If you wish to use any other of our additional services, like Theme customisation, this will be billed separately. Please enquire about costs. We may time after time add website customisation into one of our Special Offers.
We do not offer any refunds for fast-track customisation services.
REFUNDS FOR COURSES
For paid classroom and online courses, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period – if you have not attended the course in 14 days after the purchase of the course, you can request a refund by sending an email to info@getshop.today
